CMS Events have been well established (since 1993) in the events industry in Western Australia, specialising in consumer exhibitions and events, especially those that are food and wine based. They have also included from time to time, specific client conferences, gala dinners and seminars.

With a sound background of operating events and exhibitions, they have used the broad knowledge of marketing, sales, operations and financial control to apply their skills across a range of industries and styles of events.

The company’s experience provides nearly 30 years of knowledge and over 170 exhibitions and projects. CMS Events offer a strategic approach to development, management and marketing for events of any size.

RICHARD CAMPBELL

Director
Richard has been involved in the industry for 40 years, starting in 1981 in a part time capacity, then full time since 1987. He created CMS Events in 1993 and founded the original WA Wine & Food Festival, before being sold to the Good Food & Wine Show. His experience has been built through the management and involvement of more than 200 events and exhibitions, many created by the company. His role is recognised across a range of disciplines in the events industry which encompasses the promotion of food, wine, tourism, ageing, events and many more.

PAIGE STIRTON

General Manager
Paige commenced with CMS in 2016 after qualifying at the Central Institute of Technology in events management. She has since grown into roles such as Event Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager and now has been promoted to the company’s General Manager. Her ability to deal at all levels, eye for detail and the ability to play a key support role for staff and clients makes her an invaluable team member. Paige’s passion for events has grown since starting at CMS Events and she looks to keep learning and expanding her knowledge into the future as a key leader of the organisation.

JESS SECKER

Marketing & Content Manager
Jess started with CMS Events back in 2018 and has since moved into the marketing role, whilst assisting with the event operations. Her ability to deal with event organisers, chefs, venues and stakeholders of the events at all levels provides a great first impression for both new and existing clients. Jess completed a Bachelor of Business – Event Management at Edith Cowan University.

TORI LUMMER

Event Coordinator
Tori contributes excellent organisational and event management skills acquired through her diverse experience in executive and logistical roles. Her enthusiasm for event management has grown since obtaining her Diploma of Event Management from North Metropolitan TAFE. Tori is eager to support the team and their clients involved in all of the forthcoming company projects and is committed to continuing her professional development in the field of events.

JOSH SHEPHARD

Event Coordinator
Joshua recently started with CMS Events, after completing Event studies at TAFE. He has already demonstrated a strong capacity in his role with exceptional communication skills making him an automatic asset when liaising with stakeholders and participants within our events. He also assists with the operations, exhibitors, chefs, venues and stakeholders of events at all levels, providing a great first impression for both new and existing clients. In chasing his career in events, Josh has been active in filling roles across numerous events in WA.

AMY WOOD

Business Development Executive
Amy recently joined CMS Events as the Business Development Executive, overseeing sales for all events. With over 20 years of experience in business-to-business sales, she brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in driving growth. Amy’s understanding will build for the Western Australian events landscape and be a key part in expanding CMS Events’ profile, particularly as the company prepares to launch new exhibitions on the East Coast starting in 2026.

JAY PUSTKUCHEN

Onsite Operations Manager
Jay has been involved on the operations side of events for ten years, initially with Agility Event Logistics, then Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre and now as a freelance operator where he holds the necessary high-risk work licenses. Jay plays a critical role in the on-site build and operations for events and has worked with CMS Events for ten years. He holds tickets for the necessary machinery and equipment at events and has a great understanding of contractors and freight providers which allow him to work autonomously during the critical event build stage.
